Our Process
We want our prospective and returning clientele to fully understand how our creative process works to set context and expectations, but first, a quick intro.
The Story
The content creation journey for our Creative Director started in high school, as an art requirement. It was more of a hobby than anything else, but it was cultivated early by passionate educators, so it planted a seed. Down the road, a raw talent was uncovered from documenting life, playing with logo design, and a slight obsession with editing. Then, project after project, the good news started to roll in. Having the privilege to work in the industry early meant refinement at higher levels, which evoked even better understandings of possibilities. It also meant that ego was never a part of the picture. Now, after over a decade of experience, projects flows seamlessly, and the creative process was born.

Step 1: Getting Acquainted
Every project has different needs, expectations, and personality traits. To better serve you, there needs to be a low-stakes consultation. During this meeting, we begin to pin down what the end goal is, what the deliverables need to be, and a general understanding of how we can get there, putting all of us in the best positions for success.

Step 2: Production
Now, we hit the ground running. Whether it be filming, animating, or overall generating the content we need to create, we focus on the details established in Step 1 to serve our clients in the best way possible. Once that is completed, we go into "post mode" (post-production), where we spend the bulk of our time on every little detail, sometimes frame by frame, even pixel by pixel. We do not use shortcuts (i.e. AI, outsourcing), unless specified by our clients during Step 1, and manipulate all of the minutia to make our first draft(s). We may get in touch during this process for quick insights, or we may just handle it all ourselves until the first presentation.

Step 3: Presentation & Iteration
This is an important meeting for all key stakeholders. We want to know what you think of our work, with no pulled punches. Remember that we can change anything to fit the needs of the project. This is just our first showcasing of what we thought the client wants. The iteration process can now begin, where we take your feedback and see where we can go next. High quality input is necessary for better output and we are not worried about constructive criticism. Let us know what you think and we can change aspects that need changing.
Afterwards, we can finalize everything and send you the finished product.
